TERMS & CONDITIONS
Let’s be real – we didn’t start Bueno Gems because we love paperwork. We started it because we love jewelry. The kind that’s beautiful, functional, flexible, and full of meaning. And because we believe that giving back should be baked into everything we do.
But… legal stuff exists for a reason. So here it is. The fine print. Written in plain English and straight from us to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If something’s not quite right, we’ll help make it right. We offer exchanges (no refunds) within 10 days of delivery, as long as:

The jewelry hasn’t been worn, resized, or altered

It’s returned in original condition and packaging

You’ve emailed us first for return approval
Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable — those were made just for you. A 10% restocking fee may apply, and we can’t refund any shipping, customs, or transaction fees (including the 3% card processing fee for canceled orders — blame the bank, not us).
Shipping something back? Insure it. We’re not responsible for packages lost in transit (and we hate when that happens).
PRE-ORDERS
Sometimes we make magic on demand — and that means pre-orders. Full payment is required at the time you place your order. We’ll keep you posted on progress and ship it out as soon as it’s ready.
Changed your mind before we ship? Email us. We’ll do our best to work it out. Just note that a 3% processing fee will be deducted for cancellations.
SHIPPING
We ship all U.S. orders via UPS or USPS, and yes — you’ll get a tracking number (because we know you’re refreshing that inbox like it’s your job).
International orders are shipped the best way possible for your location. Customs fees, VAT, and import duties are your responsibility — we don’t control them and can’t predict them.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust shipping on orders going to regions with unusually high risk or cost.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and PayPal.
Sales tax is added to orders shipped within Wisconsin (and wherever else we’re required to collect it by law).
SITE TRANSACTIONS
We might ask for additional info if your order triggers a red flag in our system (fraud is real, and we’re careful). We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent or intended for resale.
COPYRIGHT & PERMISSIONS
All photos, designs, and content on our site belong to Bueno Gems. Want to use something? Just ask us. We’re usually flattered.
WARRANTY
We stand behind our jewelry. If you receive a piece with a defect (not from wear and tear, accidents, or someone’s DIY repair attempt), let us know within 30 days and we’ll take care of it.
Our Flex jewelry is made to move with you — but it’s not indestructible. Treat it well, and it’ll love you back for years.
