RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If something’s not quite right, we’ll help make it right. We offer exchanges (no refunds) within 10 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The jewelry hasn’t been worn, resized, or altered

  • It’s returned in original condition and packaging

  • You’ve emailed us first for return approval

Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable — those were made just for you. A 10% restocking fee may apply, and we can’t refund any shipping, customs, or transaction fees (including the 3% card processing fee for canceled orders — blame the bank, not us).

Shipping something back? Insure it. We’re not responsible for packages lost in transit (and we hate when that happens).
